Frequently Asked Questions

 
How will I receive my files?

The resource packs will all be sent as downloadable files.
After your payment has been processed you will automatically receive an email with a link for downloading the resources.  The email will be sent to the address which you used when making the purchase.

If you cannot see these emails then please check your email ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder as they may have been redirected there.

How do I open the files?

The files are all sent as ZIP files as many of them are very large.
If you have problems opening the files then you may need to download some free programs onto your computer.
If you look in the ‘About our resources’ section you will find out which programs you may need if your computer does not already have them installed.
 
Can I alter the resources?

The resources are sent as PDF files so they are compatible with the greatest number of computers.
PDF files are opened using Adobe Acrobat reader, and if you don’t have this installed on your computer already then you can find out how to download it in the ‘About our resources’  section.
 
What if I spot an error in the resource?

We make every effort to ensure our resources are correct and free of any errors but mistakes do happen, we are human after all.
