Maths and Literacy games
A collection of 8 fun games for you to print out and play
1-Find the picture- Turn over the letter card and cover the intial letter sound picture on your bee hive.
2-Rhyming bees- Find the two cards that rhyme- how many pairs can you find?
3-CVC words- Turn over a bee picture card and cover the CVC word on your card- can you cover all your bees first?
4-Flower garden letters- Move across the flower garden game board and say the sound you land on. The winner is the first person to reach the bee hive. There is also a version of this game to say the initial sound of the picture you land on.
1-Make a bee- Roll a die and collect the numbered part of your bee. Can you complete your bee first?
2-Add the numbers- Roll two dice and add the numbers together. Find the number on your sheet and colour that part of the picture. The winner is the person who colours all their bees first.
3-Count the bees- Choose a bee card and count how many bees. Cover the number on your bee card. The winner is the person to cover all their numbers first.
4-Race to bee hive- Roll the die and move across the flower garden. Can you reach the bee hive first?

Each game is supplied in full colour and also in black and white so it can be printed out more economically and also photocopied to be sent home with the children.
